Salarjung MuseumSalar Jung Museum is one of Hyderabad's prime attraction, has collection of art objects by Nawab Salar Jung III, has 35 rooms which house around 35,000 exhibits. The Jade Room contains the priceless objects which belonged to ancient Indian rulers like Aurangzeb and Tipu Sultan. It also includes marble statues, rare manuscripts, Persian miniature paintings, Chinese porcelain and other objects.

 
Hussain SagarHussain Sagar is an artificial lake in the heart of the city. Tank bund road running on the barrage of the lake connects the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. It is lined with 33 statues of famous personalities of the state. Recently a monolith of Buddha is installed at the centre of the lake. This lake is the venue of many water sport events.

 
Birla MandirBirla mandir is built entirely out of marble from Rajasthan, stands atop the Kala Pahad, the twin hillock of the Naubat Pahad. The main deity of the temple is Lord Venkateshwara.
